Looking after a new baby can be hectic; with all the feeding, changing nappies, trying out routines, weening, doctors appointments etc. It can often be difficult to get some true “quality” time with your baby – I can help with a range of courses for baby massage, baby wellbeing and baby doula services.

💜It’s not often that I post pictures of mysel

💜It’s not often that I post pictures of myself and say what I actually do, but I thought I’d introduce myself to all new mum’s that have never heard of baby massage or a doula.

The first picture is of me in my class.
I show mum’s all the massage strokes on my dolls who are called Isla, Freddie & Louis over 5 weeks.
I never massage your babies as it’s very important for you to feel confident with the routines, but I love a cuddle at the end 🤗

The second picture is of me and Mikey.
My role as a Doula is to provide you with emotional, psychological, practical and informational support, through this most incredible time of all your lives. Also a shoulder to cry on if needs be in the first 6-8 weeks of you coming out of hospital.
The third picture is of Mikey and his gorgeous sister Maggie, it’s not just the babies I love 💕
